Ada works from a culturally sensitive person-centered approach when understanding everyone's lived experiences and concerns on an individual basis. She will also incorporate aspects from other approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), psychodynamic, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and more in order to personalize the treatment approach to her clients' needs and wants.

Some of her areas of experience include concerns surrounding anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, and stress. Her goals center around fostering a safe, non-judgmental space for you to feel heard, validated, respected, and understood through her genuine empathy and attentiveness. Ada wants to work side by side with clients in a collaborative manner to better understand what might work best to cope with and heal from life's challenges. She hopes to provide an opportunity to work towards what looks like hope and happiness for you.
