Has life's stressors and uncertainties left you feeling anxious and depressed? Do you often ask yourself “why me” or “will I ever be relieved from this pain and suffering”? Your feelings and thoughts are valid. It would be an honor to guide you in exploring those feelings and thoughts in an empathetic and respectful manner. My lived experience as a trauma survivor has shaped my understanding of how trauma negatively affects the mind, body, and spirit. As a registered nurse, I have seen firsthand how unresolved trauma can manifest as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues or eating disorders.

Through a mindfulness and empowering approach, I will accompany you in your self-discovery and healing journey by providing you with a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and unbiased atmosphere. Our therapeutic journey will be informed and supported by various evidenced based approaches.

As a black woman, and an immigrant, I have an in-depth understanding of the many issues that marginalised individuals and communities face on a daily basis. Social justice has always been a priority in my line of work as a registered nurse, and I am committed to working with BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities in bringing about therapeutic changes and growth. Let’s get you to a place of healing, hope, and resilience. Please contact me to book a free 15-minute chat. I am looking forward to providing that sense of belonging and human connection.
