Candice Gagne

Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have experience working with diverse populations and a strong interest in supporting individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those who are neurodiverse, including individuals with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and other related conditions.

My clinical experience includes one-on-one personalized sessions, as well as developing and facilitating group workshops focused on Positive Psychology, Emotional Health, Anger Management, Life Skills, and Self-Expression, tailored to a variety of audiences.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Humanistic principles and integrates Person-Centered and Experiential techniques within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework. I am committed to fostering a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship by offering empathy, authenticity, non-judgment, and unconditional positive regard.

I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore your strengths, identity, and challenges with care and confidence. I practice under the supervision of Sandra Grew, MA, RP, RCAT, CCC.
